RetailOS was born from watching small store owners struggle with tools that weren't built for them — desktop software requiring constant internet, barcode scanners that cost more than a month's rent, and accounting software that took a degree to understand.

We saw a generation of shopkeepers who had smartphones but were still running their businesses on paper. We knew the solution wasn't to build a mobile version of old software — it was to rethink retail operations from scratch, mobile-first.
