Questions about pricing?
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to every feature in your chosen plan from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved when switching plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything — bills, inventory, customer records, and reports — to Excel or PDF at any time, even after cancelling.
Does the price include GST?
The listed prices are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST will be added at checkout. You will receive a GST invoice for every payment, which can be used for input tax credit.
Do you offer annual pricing discounts?
Yes — annual plans get 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% off). Annual pricing is available at checkout after selecting your plan. We also offer custom pricing for chains with 5 or more stores.
